Terms & Conditions

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Aspire 2Be, hereinafter referred to as "Provider," and the user accessing the Aspire360 eLearning Platform, hereinafter referred to as "User," collectively referred to as the "Parties," effective as of the date of User's acceptance of these terms.

  1. Acceptance of Terms:
    1. By accessing or using the Aspire360 eLearning Platform, User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
    2. If User does not agree to these terms, User must refrain from accessing or using the eLearning Platform.
  2. License to Use:
    1. Provider grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Aspire360 eLearning Platform for personal or educational purposes only.
    2. User agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the eLearning Platform without prior written consent from Provider.
  3. User Accounts:
    1. User may be required to create an account to access certain features of the eLearning Platform. User agrees to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep their login credentials secure.
    2. User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for any activities that occur under their account.
  4. Content and Materials:
    1. Provider may provide access to educational content, materials, and resources through the eLearning Platform. All such content is provided on an "as is" basis, and Provider makes no warranties regarding its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.
    2. User acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their use of any content or materials accessed through the eLearning Platform.
  5. Fees and Payments:
    1. Access to certain features or courses on the eLearning Platform may be subject to payment of fees. User agrees to pay all fees associated with their use of the Platform in accordance with the pricing and payment terms provided by Provider.
  6. Privacy Policy:
    1. User's use of the eLearning Platform is subject to Provider's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, User consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
  7. Intellectual Property:
    1. All intellectual property rights in the eLearning Platform and its contents are owned by Provider or its licensors. User agrees not to infringe upon these rights in any way.
  8. Limitation of Liability:
    1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with User's use of the eLearning Platform.
  9. Governing Law:
    1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
